How is billing calculated if we exceed our plan's contract limit?
We believe in fair, predictable billing. If you exceed your monthly contract limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your volume. We do not automatically charge overages without your consent. For significant, temporary spikes, we can arrange one-time volume top-ups.
What is your cancellation and data export policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export all your data, including revenue schedules, source contracts, and audit reports, in standard CSV and PDF formats. We ensure you can always retrieve your critical financial data.
How long do you retain our financial data?
Data retention periods vary by plan, as outlined in our pricing section, ranging from 1 year to unlimited retention. This policy applies to active accounts. For cancelled accounts, data is permanently deleted 30 days after the cancellation date, following the export window.
What are your service level agreements (SLAs) for uptime?
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA for all customers on our Business plan and higher. Our infrastructure is built on multiple, redundant cloud providers to ensure maximum availability. Real-time system status is always available at status.dropstack.org.
Do you offer refunds if we're not satisfied?
